Hyderabad, April 27 (INN): The Banjara Hills police on Friday arrested Haneef, the personal assistant of Tara Chowdhary, who is involved in the sex racket in Hyderabad.

The police also seized a secret camera from Haneef. According to reports, Police are searching for Haneef, who played a crucial role in preparing blue films out of the recorded videos of the VIPs.

In her confession to the police, Tara Chowdhary admitted that Haneef used to help her in recording audiovisuals of her clients in compromising positions.

However, Haneef stated that he was falsely implicated in the sex racket. Stating that he was no way connected to the prostitution, he said he was not absconding from police arrest and went to attend a marriage. Meanwhile, the Third Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Nampally on Friday extended the remand of Tara Chowdhary till May 11.

The court extended her custody following her expiry of custody today. She was presently lodged in the Chanchalguda Jail. (INN)
