Will Arya keep his word or is this yet another game plan of his to fool his friend and have his way? This is the suspense element that unfolds on the screen.
Performance:
Allu Arjun plays a maniacal lover and friend in the film. He plays his part well and is quite convincing both as a ruffian and a software engineer. Allu Arjun also comes up with some cute but difficult dance steps. Arjun hogs the limelight from start to finish.
Navdeep as the helpless and hapless friend of Allu Arjun does a decent job. He is very convincing and this film will surely fetch him laurels. Kajal Agarwal is ravishingly beautiful and she plays out her part very well.
Brahmanandam as the HR manager cum Psychiatrist manages to raise some laughs. Mukesh Rushi, Ajay, Sayaji Shinde and others are okay.
The music is good and the item song Ringa…Ringa rocks.
Arya-2 is builds up a good tempo in the first half and promises bigger things post interval. However the film moves at a very slow pace and the screenplay is not that griping in the second half.
The film is almost three hours long and the confusing screenplay and the not so impressive second half make the audience feel let down. Arya-2 is likely to disappoint even die hard Allu Arjun fans.
