New Delhi, Feb 25 - Areas of Delhi bordering Uttar Pradesh will have two dry days -- when liquor sales are restricted -- in view of the sixth phase of the ongoing assembly polls in the neighbouring state Feb 28, an official statement said Saturday.
"The Delhi government's excise department has issued a notification to observe dry day from 5 p.m. on Feb 26 till 5 p.m. Feb 28 within 500 metre distance from Delhi-UP border," said the statement.
A total of 68 assembly seats in western Uttar Pradesh will go to polls in the sixth phase Tuesday.
